How do I order? (4 choices)

1. Through our website using the shopping cart. Payment is by credit card, debit card or PREPAID card (i.e. gift card).
2. Use Quick Pay - when you don't have a credit or debit card, but want your order faster than a mail order, purchase a PREPAID card at a local convenience store and call in your order 24 hours a day at 1-916-535-1703.

Where do I mail in my order?

For USA address mail orders - write your order on a piece of paper, and include your name/address. Send your order and payment including shipping ($30 Express 1 to 2 business days, or $10 Standard mail - 5 to 10 business days) to:

What is Quick Pay - how do I do it?

To place a Quick Pay order, you may first want to download our order form (click here for Printable order form), enter your Order and pick which shipping you want (add $10 standard 5 - 10 business days or $30 express 1 - 2 business days), add 9% sales tax if you are in California, and Total it up. (keep order form for your records).

Second, go to your local store and buy a *PREPAID card for at least the total of your order - you may want to purchase one that can be reloaded, so that it is available to you for future purchases. Stores everywhere carry these cards such as grocery stores, pharmacies, mini-marts, electronics stores, and other retail outlets.

Third, call the International Oddities PREPAID CARD hotline at 1-916-535-1703, available 24 hours a day, to place your PREPAID CARD order with our live operators. Be sure and tell them it is a PREPAID CARD that you are using. If any questions regarding how to do our PREPAID CARD Quick Pay, call the phone number and they'll help.

You may have your order shipped to any address in the United States using a PREPAID CARD purchased in the U.S.A.

*Note: PREPAID cards must have a VIsa, Mastercard, or Discover card LOGO on them to work. There is no free shipping. (top)

How much is shipping? How long does it take?

Once we receive an order it is generally filled in 24 hours. That's once we receive the order.
We ship M-TH excluding Holidays.
Express Service 1-2 days ($30) is available within the US only - Usually delivered in 1 - 2 business days.
Standard Mail Service 5-10 days ($10) is available within the US only and usually takes 5 - 10 business days.
International Shipping ($30) is generally delivered in about 5 business days. But it can take as long as 2 or 3 weeks depending on where you live.

All packaging is discreet - plain boxes with an address label, or in express shipping packaging. (top)

Can I call in my order?

Yes - Call 1-916-535-1703 from within the USA, 24 hours a day, and speak with our order operators. They are available to take your order only. If you have questions, please email us. (top)

Can I order if I live outside of the U.S.? (International Orders)

Yes we mail worldwide. You can mail in your order and include payment in U.S. funds. Please include $30 shipping for out of the U.S.

There are no taxes or additional fees.

Payment can be: U.S. cash (U.S.Dollars) or International Bank Check (U.S. Dollars), or International Money Order (U.S. Dollars).

*International Money Orders, allow an extra 3-4 weeks delivery (payment must clear our bank first). For faster service send cash in US DOLLARS only.

International orders (as are all orders) are generally shipped same day as received, and can take from 5 days to 3 weeks on average to be delivered. (top)

How are they packaged? Are you discreet?

We ship discreetly. Products are in plastic or glass tubes, cans, boxes or bags - they are packaged inside mailing boxes, and then can further be put inside Express packaging. Label shows from I.O. Shipping. (top)

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do - we can ship to any address. However, if you choose to pay by credit card and want us to ship to a P.O. Box address, the P.O. Box must be the billing address of your credit card, as we ship to the billing address of credit cards. (top)

I am having trouble using my credit card - is there another way to order?

We only ship credit card orders to the exact billing address your credit card company's computer has on file. If this is not convenient, other options for you would be to mail in your order with payment, or within the U.S. use our Quick Pay service. We can ship these orders to any address you specify. (top)

Do you ship COD?

No COD's - We take PREPAID cards, Debit cards, Credit cards, cash, check, money order, and Quick Pay. (top)

Can I pay with a personal or company check?

Personal and company check orders are held the standard 3 weeks, giving time for the funds to clear both your bank and ours. We will ship your order with the shipping you chose at that time. (U.S. orders only) (top)

Can I ship my order to another address such as my work address?

We can ship to any address when you mail in your order with payment, or use our Quick Pay service. We only ship credit card orders to the exact billing address your credit card company's computer has on file. If this is not convenient, please use one of the other 2 options above. (top)

How can this be legal?

Our products have been legal to ship to all 50 states in the U.S. for over 30 years.

We have no reason to believe it's any different now as our products do not contain any recent regulated chemicals, etc., however, it is up to you to be familiar with your own state and local requirements. (top)

What is this stuff?

International Oddities offers a unique selection - over 40 custom hybrid plants, and each product has its own unique qualities to be appreciated. For over 30 years our smoking experience has brought the public high quality top smoke at affordable prices. (top)

Will any of International Oddities' products show up in a drug test?

There never has been anything contained in our products that anyone is "testing" for. They have never "shown" anything before. There are 40 some-odd products and they are all very different from one another. (top)

Can I get a free sample?

We always include free stuff - samples/goodies with all orders over $50 in products. Free items vary from time to time to keep things interesting. (top)

How should I smoke International Oddities products?

We recommend a Hookah or tobacco pipe when smoking our products - rolling papers are also a great option and we often throw them in with a free rolling machine (for orders over $50 in products). (top)

Where else can I buy International Oddities products?

Can I have a catalog sent to me?

How old do I have to be to order?

You must be at least 18 years old to order from International Oddities unless some other state or local regulation requires a different age or provision for you to be ordering from your location. (top)
