How to Roll a Joint with a Dollar Bill

Today we will be rolling Wizard smoke in a bill. What you want to do is fill the flap at the bottom of your bill with your favorite smoking material. Use the flap to hold the material while you fill evenly across the bottom of the fold in your bill. With your favorite rolling paper make sure the glue is facing you, and tuck your paper behind the material as far down as you can get it to go.

Next, using both thumbs roll up and in, and you'll see the paper rolling around the material. Continue to roll with the bill and you'll get to a certain point where you'll want to leave a little room so you can moisten the glue on the exposed end of the paper. Go ahead and moisten the glue, then continue with the same rolling motion you had before (using both thumbs). What you should end up with is a perfectly rolled cigarette just like this. And that's the way you roll a perfect smoke every time, using a dollar bill.
